Yes, you can create an invoice for sold assets. There are two ways of doing this:


Procedure 1


  1. Select the asset.
  2. Click on discard asset.
  3. Select the reason like sold, lost etc.
  4. Select the discarded date.
  5. Type the vendor name to whom asset is sold (Not mandatory)
  6. Enter the amount at which it is sold.
  7. Click on save and print.

  2. Select Movement Summary
  3. Click on the Discarded type transaction
  4. Select the Asset
  5. Print
