Follow these steps to raise ticket for an asset :-
1. Click on help desk & select manage tickets.
2. Click on New Tickets.
3. Select the asset or you can also left it as blank for which ticket is going to be raised.
4. Select location, user group, assignee, reported by, reported date, priority & description.
5. Add item details like item name, required quantity and remarks.
6. Click on save button.
