Adding Assets using Mobile App
First login to the mobile application. The below screen appears
Click on the + sign. Click on the option Add Asset.
Most of the main fields are mandatory and demands the most basic details of an asset.

This screen enables user to add information about asset like Brand, Serial Number, Model, etc. The data fed here gives a brief detail about the asset.

In Financial Information, details related to pricing and finance can be entered. Users must bear in mind that data for the sequence of fields should be like the value of Capitalization Date > End of Life > Purchase Date. Financial information is required to calculate depreciation.

These fields are used to store the details of asset which tell about purchase information about the asset. The user can enter the name of the vendor from whom the purchase was made.

The user enters the person to whom asset has been allotted. For this, the user needs to set the status as Allotted and the fields named Transferred to & Allotted up to in this section get enabled.

Custom Fields are used to store information that is special or related to the organizational level and can vary according to the category of asset being added. These new fields can be created using the Web Portal.

In the Mobile App fill the form and click on Save icon (Tick symbol). The asset gets added and will be displayed in the Asset Grid of Mobile App as well as on the Web Portal.
The Cross icon refreshes the form fields and clears the contents that were entered earlier.
