Adding New Inventory Stock to Items
Click on inventory on homepage > Manage Inventory
Improve your inventory management with tracking of spare parts and consumables across multiple locations. Simple functions to add, move, and draw inventory.
When the user clicks on the Add Inventory button, the pop-up opens up with the following fields:
FIELD | DESCRIPTION | MANDATORY | VALIDATION |
Batch no | This is an auto generated field but a manual input overwrites the one that is auto generated | No | There can be no same batch number of two same stocks added at a same location. |
Batch date | On which the batch was received | No | |
Rate | Amount of a single item | No | |

Vendor | From which vendor items were bought | No | |
Mode | whether and opening stock or an a new add | Yes | |
Location | Too what location the items are being added | Yes | |
Added by | The user | No | |
Addition Date | On what date stock is being updated | No | Only Current date or Backdate is accepted |

Upload Files | May be a bill | No | |

Custom fields can be added to this screen and can be managed from custom fields in advanced settings
Click on the Save button to update the stock, by clicking on Save & Print you can also print the sheet for a physical record.
