When the user clicks on the Add Inventory button, the pop-up opens up with the following fields:

There can be no same batch number of two same stocks added at a same location.
On which the batch was received
Amount of a single item
Number of items bought
From which vendor items were bought
whether and opening stock or an a new add
Too what location the items are being added
On what date stock is being updated
Only Current date or Backdate is accepted
Any extra comments
May be a bill
Custom fields can be added to this screen and can be managed from custom fields in advanced settings
Click on the Save button to update the stock, by clicking on Save & Print you can also print the sheet for a physical record.
