Adding New Users

Menu > User Settings > Manage Users

Users can upload the data one by one from the management user interface.
Fields on add users form an inbuilt spreadsheet will be the same.

FIELD NAME	DESCRIPTION	MANDATORY
Full Name	Name of the user.	Yes
Email	Email id of user	No
Contact Number	Contact number of the user. User can receive SMS notification on the same.	No
Role	Select an appropriate role for the user. All the roles created will be displayed in the Drop-down list.	Yes
Department	User can choose any department from Drop-down list	No
Reporting Manager	User can choose any Reporting Manager from the Drop-down list. This helps in applying workflow on users.	No
Default Language	English	Yes
Approver	User can approve requests. This is part of a workflow. They will receive request approvals in pending approval and will be notified.	No
Primary Location	Select a location from the Drop-down list. Location can be added through Application Settings.	No
Track User Location	To track user’s location, they will have to use the mobile app.	No
Enable 2-Factor Authentication	A one-time password will be sent on the mobile and email address after logging in	No

Fill the form fields as described below:

Users added will be displayed in the list on the same page.

Approver	Yes/ No, user can approve workflows.
Email	User’s email id
Role	User role under which user is added.
Department	Assigned department
Contact Number	User’s contact number
Track User Location	Yes/ No
Language	English
Reporting Manager	Allotted reporting manager

Also, users can upload bulk data from the user inbuilt spreadsheet.

Go to Menu; under the Import Data, select Users.

The fields on Manage Users form inbuilt spreadsheet fields are the same.

Click on Choose File option for uploading the template file in a spreadsheet.

Fill the form fields as described below:

Click on the Save button, the user will be displayed in the grid on the Manage Users page.
