The report opens up. User can simply filter out assets on the basis of the following fields as mentioned below:
FILTER NAME | DESCRIPTION |
Purchase Date | User can select Purchase Date from the Drop-down calendar |
Asset Code | User can select the unique Asset Code from the Drop-down list to filter the data |
Category | User can select multiple asset Category from the Drop-down list to filter the data |
Asset Location | User can select multiple Asset Location from the Drop-down list to filter the data |
Activity Date | User can select Activity Date range from the Drop-down calendar to filter the data |
Search | It is an open field for the universal search over the data mentioned in the grid |
FIELD NAME | DESCRIPTION |
Asset Code | The assigned code to given asset will be displayed here |
Asset Name | User can view the name of the asset |
Capitalization Price | User can view the total price incurred on asset on maintaining |
Capitalization Date | User can view the date on which expense is incurred on asset on maintenance |
End of life | User can view the date on which the asset end of life has been defined |
Remarks | It is an open text field where user can type any remarks related to the asset |
Discard Date | User can view the date when the particular asset is discarded under the Discard Date |
Value of Asset | User can view the value of asset |
Activity Expense | Expenses related to the asset activity can be viewed here |
Serial No. | User can view the Serial No. of the given asset |
Location | Here the Location of the asset will be displayed in the grid |
Activity No. | User is able to view the Activity No. related to the particular asset |
Invoice Date | User can view Invoice Date of the asset |
Purchase Price | User can view Purchase Price of the asset |
One pop-up opens up. Here user can find Activity Details. The activities created against assets are displayed
If a user wants to export the report, they can simply select the option mentioned next to Cross icon used for data export, as mentioned below:
- Export to Excel: Through this option, user can export all the data directly to their system in Excel format.
- Export with Activity Details: Through this option, user can export all the data along with activity details directly to their system in Excel format.
- Refresh: Through this option, user can refresh the Stock Report.
