Asset Due for Return Report 

Reports > Asset Management > Assets Due for Return Report 

 

This report helps in obtaining the list of Assets transferred to other users and are those which are not yet returned. Through this, user can find all allotted assets which are due for return.

. 

 

 

User can simply filter such Assets on the basis of a Date filter or can use Search for finding data on the basis of Asset Code, Asset Name, Transferred To and Department. 

 

 

 

The report displays the list of Assets. Here, user can see assets marked in red color showing that the allotted-up-to-date of assets has expired. 

 

                                      


The below grid shows reports based on the filters applied. There are several columns on the grid that can be viewed, as explained below. 

 

 

FIELD NAME 

DESCRIPTION 

Asset Code 

User can see the unique asset code for every asset in the report 

Asset Name 

User can see the related asset name  

Transferred To 

User can view the person to whom they have allotted or transferred the assets 

Department 

User can see the department where the asset has been allotted 

Allotted up to 

User can view the last valid date, after which the allotment period gets over and the allotted user has to return the asset. 

 

 

 

Exporting Report 


User can select the option mentioned next to Cross icon used for data export, as mentioned below: 

  1. Copy to Clipboard: Through this option, user can copy the data from the Report list and paste to the desired location 
  2. Export to Excel: Through this option, user can export all the data directly into Excel format. 
  3. ​Refresh: Through this option, user can refresh the asset due for return list
