Understanding Audit Reports in Asset Infinity

In Asset Infinity, Audit Reports consist of the various audit activities created with their respective status(es) such as Assigned, Pending, Closed. These Reports help the user in making audit decisions and taking any required actions on these audits in the system.

Follow the steps given below to understand how these Audit Reports work in Asset Infinity. This allows you to see the audits created in the system. 

Menu > Audits & Physical Verifications > Audit Reports

Refer to the below given screen for navigating to Audit Reports:


As we click Audit Reports, the below screen opens. From the grid displaying the List of Audit Reports, user can filter Audit based on Audit Name, Audit Code, Start Date etc. 
 


Audit Report Details

Audit Report Details page opens as the user selects the audit by clicking the view button “eye icon” of that audit. This page comprises of the Details Section and the Extra Asset Section. Users can view Audit NameUsers (Assigned Audit users), To Date- From DateFields to be verifiedCategory, Location and Department in the upper section of the Audit Report Details page.



1. Details Section-

User can view specific information pertaining to the audit such as the user to whom the audit is assigned, Re-verifier who will re-verify the audit, remarks added, actions performed on the audit etc. Here, the Asset name, Asset Code and Category fields will be displayed in this section by default.

The Detail Section comprises of the following fields-

i) Assigned To- The user who is supposed to perform the audit.

ii) Verified date and Time- Date and time when the audit was verified.

iii) Verification Status- Actions performed on the audit- verified or not.

iv) Remark- Remarks added while verifying the audit.

v) Re-verifier Name- The name of the Re-verifier if a Re-verifier is selected while creating an audit.

v) Re-verifier Status- Shows the status if the audit is re-verified or not by the re-verifier.

vi) Asset Name- Displays the Asset Name.

vii) Asset Code- Displays the Asset Code.

viii) Category- Displays the Category of the Asset to be audited.




2. Extra Assets Section-

User can view the assets that were not present in the application but added during the audit in the Extra Assets Section.
