To view changes made in the user account concerning,
Location
Assets
Tickets
Vendors
The logs are generated according to the criteria selected from filters above the grid. These logs give a deep view of changes made on certain modules of the application and help the user track all the important changes on a single window.
To view the changes, the user has to apply filters first. The log can be filtered on the basis of the Report form, Date, or Changed By i.e. the user. Depending upon the filter, the grid will display the log:
There is a grid that holds a certain number of columns while the grid is created. These columns can be explained as:
FIELD NAME | DESCRIPTION |
Reference No. | This field displays the asset code/vendor name/ticket no. etc. |
Change date | Date and time of change |
Change By | User who made changes |
Field Type | Type of field i.e. Main/Custom/Additional etc. |
Field Name | Name of the field |
Field Action | Changes made in the field |
Old Value | Value before the change |
New Value | Updated value |
The same report can be downloaded with Exported to Excel option.
