Closing and Update of Pending Activity 

Bell Icon Button > Pending Activities

Pending Activities help to view activity schedules that are incomplete and close them as well. Go to Notification Bell icon and click on Pending Activities. The user can also view the count of the Activities:

The user can filter activity using the following filters:

It is used to search for any type of information

1. Overdue

Activities not completed on time

2. Today

Current activities display

Future planned activities display


To close or update an Activity, user can simply click on the Activity and the following pop-up appears: 

When the user wants to close the activity, click on the checkbox next to Mark as Done field. Save the activity.

Asset Code 

Asset code of asset. 

Location

User Group 

User can select User Group. 

Assignee 

User can change assignee from the Drop-down. 

Description 

Description for the activity. 

Files 

User can see attached file here if it is added in creation schedules. 

Vendor Name 

User can select Vendor Name from the Drop-down. 

Remarks  

Remarks for the activity. 

Due Date 

Due date of the activity 

Next Due Date 

User can change the Next Due Date. 

Attached Files  

User can attach the files for reference. 

 

Mark As Done 

Click on the Mark as Done to complete the activity. 


Users can update multiple activities at one time by select multiple activities and clicking on the Update Activity button.

Users can change the details of both activities and click on mark as done to complete the activity. Users can also save and print the activity.


Item Details 

In Item details, the user can add inventory for activity through the Item Details column from activity form. In Item Details, user has to select Location from the Drop-down. 

    • Item -  Select the item from Drop-down. 

    • Available – It shows how much quantity is available for this location. 

    • Consumed – User has to enter the quantity to consume for this activity. 

Users can add more items by clicking on the Add button.



Delete

Users can delete the activity by clicking on the Delete button in activity form.
