Creating new schedules activity with or without assets



Users can create Activity Schedules for Maintenance with an Asset and without an Asset. Select an asset from the Asset register, and click on Schedule Activity button on the Home Screen.


The asset name and code will be displayed at the top of the form. The page given below will open.

Creating a Single Schedule Activity without asset


The user can create Activity Schedules for Maintenance without an Asset. Simply click on the "schedule activity" button.

User is required to fill the form as described to schedule an activity:

1.   The user has to select Activity Type from the drop-down; add User Group to assign the task and receive reminders for the same.

2.   The fields marked in (*) are mandatory. If the user has selected an Asset, in the location column the asset’s location will be displayed.

3.   The user can define the occurrence of an Activity with a start date and end date.

4.   Set your Activity Reminders (Days wise, month-wise etc.)

5.   The user will be notified through emails, push notifications and SMS while creating, updating and closing a schedule.

     6. Click on the Save button after filling the form.

Upload Multiple Schedules Activity 


Users can upload multiple schedules by clicking on the "Upload the Multiple Schedules" button to present the header of the schedule activity form. The schedule activity button is present on the home screen.



When the user clicks on the Upload Multiple Schedule button, an in-built spreadsheet opens. The fields are the same as for single scheduling. 


1.   The user can download a template to upload schedules by clicking on the download schedule template button.

2.   The user can also download a reference file to understand the fields and the data that should be entered in the spreadsheets.

3.   Once you have updated the template, with the data click on choose file button, the values will be reflected in the spreadsheet.

4.  Click on the save button the schedules will be uploaded.
