Drawing Inventory Items from the Stock
Drawing inventory items from the stock
Inventory on Homepage > Manage inventory
Users can draw inventory stock of selected Item from a given Location. When an item is drawn from the inventory that the particular stock of an item is reduced from the overall stock of that item.
As the user clicks on the Manage Inventory, select an item from the list in the grid and click on the Draw Inventory button as shown in the screen given below. The same can be done in the case of multiple items.
The form is given below will pop-up:
Location (Mandatory) - Choose the location from the Location drop-down. Only those locations will be displayed in drop-down whose Is Inventory checkbox is selected.
Item Name - Selected Item name will be displayed. Only selected Item Name should be displayed.
Available stock - When the user selects the Transfer from Location Then Available stock on that Location will be displayed. Available stock of selected Location will be displayed.
Re-order Level - When the user selects the Transfer from Location Then Re-Order Level set on that location will be displayed. Re-order Level of selected Location will be displayed.
Quantity - Enter the count of the item required.

Custom fields can be added to this screen and can be managed from custom fields in advanced settings.
Click on save to save the changes, by clicking on save and print option you can also generate a PDF for keeping your physical record
