How To: Create Custom Views in Asset Infinity

                                                                                                                                   

 

Custom View: As seen in the above screenshot, a user can create a Custom View as per their requirement, in order to view the Asset List in their desired fashion. The users see a Default View which they can then add on to to create a Custom View that they wish to be shown as default as well.

              

To create a Custom View, follow the below steps:

Click on the + button on the right-hand side of the Default View. 

 

A Custom View window will appear as seen below:

 

 

Give it a name of your choice under the Custom View Name field here. For instance, we will name it ”View one”. 

 

 

Add the Columns that you want to be shown in the new view by selecting the column names from the drop-down menu in the Columns field. 

 

 

You can set this view as your default view simply by toggling on the “yes/no” button. 

 

 

Once you have customized the view, click on the "Save" button to save your custom view. Now your new customized view will appear as follows:

 

 

Your custom view will now be available in the View dropdown menu on the Asset List page. You can switch between views by selecting the desired view from the dropdown menu.
