When a Service Order is created and a user is required to add an authorized signature of someone from their organization, they can easily upload this signature and attach the same to their Service Order form by following the steps shown below:
Purchase > Requisitions & Order Settings > Service
Order Settings > Upload Signature
A “Upload
Signature” form will appear. Fill in the desired Signature Name.
Upload your signature in Attach File
After adding the signature click on the “Save”
button to save the changes and store the signature.
A green pop up will appear at the
top right showing that the signature was uploaded successfully.
The uploaded signature will appear
in “Upload Signature-Service” section just below the upload signature form.
By following the above steps, you can easily add a PO signature in Asset
Infinity.
