How To: Add/Create a Department(s) in Asset Infinity
Department: In order for a User of Asset Infinity to assign a Department to the Users against each User of that Asset, they would need to follow the steps below to Add/Create a Department in Asset Infinity which can then be assigned to the Asset details which is being used by a specific User belonging to this Department:
Menu > Application Settings > Department
As seen in the above image, you can either search for Department in the left-hand side Menu bar, or you can also go to Application Settings and find Department under it.
The below screen appears on the right-hand side of the Menu once the user clicks on Department:
Click on the blue 'Create' button in order to Add/Create a Department(s) in Asset Infinity.
The below screen appears which is an Add/Create a Department form:
Upon filling the above details in the fields and clicking 'Save', the User is then able to Add/Create a Department(s) in Asset Infinity.
