How To: Add/Create Priority(s) in Asset Infinity

'Priority' in Asset Infinity refers to the importance that a user wants to give to a particular ticket while raising it. Therefore, before one creates a ticket, they would need to define the various priorities they would like to use with their tickets in Asset Infinity. They can be defined as Low, Medium, High, etc. as per the organization's business requirements and can then be mapped against the ticket being raised, in order to ensure the importance of that ticket is clear. Follow the steps below to know how to add/create these priorities:


Menu > Helpdesk > Helpdesk Settings > Priority




The purpose of creating a priority is to define the importance of the issue. Users can map a priority with Category, Location, and a Ticket Type as well.

On this screen, click on ‘Create’ button.

Upon clicking, the following screen will appear.



Fill up the above form to successfully Add/Create a Priority in Asset Infinity.
