How To: Exchange Currency Master in Asset Infinity
Exchange Currency Master: When a user wants to manage the currency exchange rates and keep a track of them, by also setting their own default currencies, they can simply follow the steps below:
Menu > Purchase > Requisitions & Orders Settings > Exchange Currency Master
Exchange Currency Master window will open. On the top right corner there is a “+Create” button. Click on it to define a new exchange currency master.
An Exchange currency Master form will appear where you can enter the details of the exchange.
Choose the currency from the drop-down menu and enter the Exchange Rate.
To make it your default currency toggle the “Yes” key on.
Once you have filled in the necessary information, click on the
"Save" button to save the exchange currency master.
A green pop up will appear in the top right corner showing that update was successful.
The new exchange currency master should now be created and visible in
the Exchange Currency Master list.
Using the above steps, you can easily define an exchange currency master
in Asset Infinity.
