How to extend validity of laptops from Asset List in asset infinity
To extend the validity of laptops in Asset Infinity's Asset List, you need to follow these simple steps. Firstly, log in to your Asset Infinity account and navigate to the Asset List section.
Then, select the assets that you want to update and click on the extend validity butto, you can access this button as well by clicking on the 3 dots beside the asset transfer button. Next, locate the Validity field in the Asset Details section and extend it to the desired date. Finally, save the changes by clicking on the Update button.
Alternatively, you can also use the Bulk Update option to extend the validity for multiple laptops at once. Select all the laptops that you want to extend the validity for. Click on the Bulk Update button and select the Validity field. Extend the validity to the desired date and click on the Update button.
