Before a user creates/raises a Ticket in Asset Infinity, we would have to create/define the types of these tickets in Asset Infinity, using the Ticket Type feature wherein once a Ticket Type is defined, the user can then perform various operations on them such as viewing, editing, and deleting them as per their unique needs/requirements.
Menu > Helpdesk > Helpdesk Settings > Ticket Type
Ticket Type can be viewed, edited, and deleted.
Edit
To
edit Ticket Type, a user needs to click
on Edit button against the Ticket Type.
Delete
To delete the Ticket Type, the user needs to click
on the Delete button against
the Ticket Type.
Confirm
by clicking on Yes, delete it!
View
To view the Ticket Type, the
user needs to just click on the View button. All
information about the Activity will open.
User can also download all the activity on Excel format by clicking
on Export to Excel.
