A New Requisition form window will appear.
Select the Request type from Request Type scroll down menu.
Fill the date by which you need the purchased item
in Requested Date.
The Requested date will be set to default on the current date.
Now select the location where the item is required in the Location tab.
If necessary, you can also add a description or upload a document related to the PR.
The Requested By tab is by default filled by the user but can be changed by selecting any other user from the drop-down menu in the Requested By tab.
Now scroll down to Request form and select the items that you need to purchase and enter the required quantity.
You can add more then one item by selecting the “+” button on the right side below the Request form and delete them by selecting “x” button right to it.
To Save the PR as draft toggle “Yes/No” button.
Click on the "Save" button to save the PR.
Once the PR is saved, you can see a “Done!” pop up appear on the top right of the screen.
The PR will be sent to the designated approver for approval in case the Approval process is configured.
You can also track the status of the PR at any time by going to the "List of Purchase Requisitions" just below the Request form.
On the List of Purchase Requisitions, you can filter the PRs by department, location, status, or date.
You can also edit or delete a PR by selecting it from the list and clicking on the corresponding button.
