How To: View the ‘Barcodes Not Scanned’ feature in Asset Infinity
User can view the assets with bar codes not scanned and can also
discard/sell the asset by selecting the asset and clicking on
the Discard or Sell button on the grid. Filter the assets based
on the fields as mentioned below.
If the user
wants to discard the asset from the grid, they can just select the assets
from the grid and then choose the Discard or Sell option to
discard the given assets.
The grid below the filter shows
results based on the filters applied. There are
several columns in the grid that can be viewed, as explained
below:
If a user wants
to export the data, they simply need to select the
option mentioned next to the Cross icon used for data export,
as mentioned below:
- Export to Excel: Through this option, user can export all
the data directly to their system in Excel format.
- Refresh: Through this option, user can refresh in Barcodes Not Scanned grid.
