Managing Existing Schedules
Home Screen > Schedule Activity
To view open schedules, click on the Schedule Activity button.
Users can view all the created open schedules through the Open Schedule List. When a schedule is created, it is added to the grid given below the Create Schedule form:
Users can filter an open schedule through several specifications like Activity Type, Asset, User Group, Assignee, Location, Vendor Name, Occurrence, and Date. There is an independent Search field too.
Edit
For editing any schedule, the user has to select one schedule and click on the Edit button. After clicking the Edit button, the same schedules will open. Users can then edit respective fields and save the schedules.
Multiple Edit
For editing multiple schedules, the user has to select more than one schedule and click on the Edit button. A spreadsheet opens. Here, user can edit multiple schedules at one time. For saving the details, click on the Save button.
Delete
To delete any schedule, the user can select one or more schedules to delete by clicking on the Delete button.
Manage Grid
Users can manage details shown on gird by using the Manage Grid option. In Manage Grid, the user can unmark the checkbox for non-display in the grid, and the user can adjust the field formatting too.
