Homepage > Application Settings > Unit 

 

A unit of measurement is a definite magnitude of a quantity used as a standard for measurement of the item quantity. Through the given steps below, the user can create the measuring unit. 

 

 

 

The below screen opens up. The user mentions the Unit in Unit Name and can add Description along with Unit Name. 

 

 

 

Units along with the Description will be displayed in the list on the same page in the grid. The created unit can be seen at the time of adding the item in inventory, creating purchase requisition, in utility, etc. 


Users can Search Unit and Description through a Search filter. The icons on the top right corner of the grid can be used to Add, Edit, Delete, View, and Export to Excel as shown below in the grid.
