Managing Utility Meters

Managing Utility Meters 

Menu > Usage > Usage Monitoring  

 

From this, user can view the utility created in the past and manage the same through Edit, Delete and Updating the information in Usage Monitoring. 

  

 

 

After clicking on Usage Monitoring, a new screen popup, where user can Create, Edit or Delete the created utility meters. 


 

 

Editing


For editing existing meters, just go down in the Utility Activity ListThere is icon on the top right looking like a pencil. Click on it. Before that, select the record from utility activity list for editing. A new screen popup. 

 
    

            After completing the editing, click on Save button. It will be reflected in Utility Activity List. 


Deleting

Deleting the existing Utility Meter - There is a button to the right side of Edit button. Click on that to delete the record from the utility activity list permanently. However, before that user have to select the record from the list and by confirm it in the Popup that comes on clicking on Delete button. (If any action was taken under the given utility, then it cannot be deleted)

Create

If user wants to create Utility Meter, they can click on Create option (“+” icon) on top of Utility Activity List.

Copying The Data

If user wants to export the data present in Utility Activity Listthey can go next to Delete option. On clicking it, there will           be three options: 

Copy To Clipboard User can directly copy data in the grid and paste in the required location.
Export To Excel User can directly export the data into the system in Excel form. Here, user can download all the data in the Utility Activity List or just select data from the grid and then choose Export to Excel option. 
RefreshUser can refresh the Utility Activity List.
