After creating the utility from the application, the user can manage the utility by easily putting the reading through the mobile App.
The Pending Activities page helps the user to manage-usage based activities as well. The following page appears when the user clicks on Pending Activities.
User can filter the Utility based on Activity Created, Status (Overdue, Today and Planned), Activity type (Utility for Usage Consumption), User Group, Assignee and Location. The fields are explained below:
FILTER NAME | DESCRIPTION |
Activity Created | Search the activity on the basis of their creation, with assets or without assets, Here, we get three options whether to view all activity, with assets, without assets |
Activity Status | Search activity on the basis of their status, whether they are going to happen Today, Overdue or are Planned.
1) Today- User can view the utility activity assigned for Present period
2) Overdue- If the user did not perform any action on the assigned utility within assigned date, it will be reflected under Overdue.
3) Planned- User can view all utility activity assigned for the future. |
Activity Type | User has to search activity on the basis of its type i.e. for utility activity, user will search here for utility |
User Group | Group of users to whom the activity is assigned (For Activity/Ticket only) |
Assignee | Search according to User to whom the task is assigned |
Location | Search according to Location of monitoring |
After applying the filter, save it by clicking on Tick option.
Then select the required utility from the grid and click on it. A new screen opens up.
Under Activity Details, user can view the basic information of the created activity.

Asset Code | User can view the assigned asset code of the given asset on which the utility is created |
Asset Name | User can view the asset name on which the utility is created |
Asset Location | User can view the asset location on which the utility is created |
Assignee | User can view and change the User to whom the utility is assigned |
Description | User can view additional info, if any, on the given assets |
Mark as done | After completing the utility, user can mark as done in the check box |
Due Date | User can view the due date for the given utility |
Remark | User can input remarks here, if necessary |
Email CC | User can add any other user who will get notification for utility activity |
Upload File | User can upload single/multiple files |
Before saving the data, just go to the next tab Utility Fields and fill the basic information as shown below:
FIELD NAME | DESCRIPTION |
Meter Type | User has to select Meter Type |
Meter Reading | User has to mention meter reading here |
Time | Time at which user has filled meter reading |
On updating multiple utilities, only three fields can be viewed: Activity No., Asset Name and Assignee in which only Assignee is the editable field.
