Creating New Roles
Roles & Permissions feature helps the user to define the authority to users under different roles to perform different transactions and functions in the application. Roles can be created on the basis of user type (Admin, Employee).
Admin: Role created for Admin user type. Here user type is Admin and Asset Location and Category are displayed in this case. Users added under this role can only view assets for whom permission is assigned.
Add Role Name
User can select multiple locations from Drop-down
User can select multiple categories from Drop-down
Add description for the role created.
Permission to perform different transactions in the Asset module e.g. transferring asset, adding assets and updating them.
Permission to perform different inventory functions like adding or moving inventory.
Permission to view reports.
Permission to view application settings.
Permission to view helpdesk i.e. manage tickets, PO, PR and GRN.
Schedules and Activities
Permission to schedule activities and preventive maintenance.
Audits and Physical Verifications
Permission to create audits and view reports.
Permission to add users and manage roles and permission.
Permission to view like custom field, workflow, bar code etc.
Permission to perform usage monitoring.
Permission to view barcode scanned, not scanned and notification logs.
Permission to view depreciation reports.
Help & Support
Permission to view Help & Support page.
Asset Fields Permissions
User can choose the fields for add/update or view for assets.
Location Fields Permission
User can choose the fields a user can add/update in case of locations.
