Item stocks are displayed in Stock Report. If available stock is below Re-Order Level, then the Item is displayed in Red. The Stock Report shows how many product units are available in each store as well as current stock value. This information reveals how much capital is there in the inventory. This can help in financial planning and forecasts.

Item | Select multiple Items from the Drop-down. |
Category | Select multiple Category from the multi select Drop-down |
Location | User has to provide three or initial character for the location to search stock for a particular location |
Asset | Select the asset name from the Drop-down. |
Search | The search “add” field helps the user to search Item by Item Name, Unit, Available Stock, Asset Name & Category and Re-order Level. |
FIELD NAME | DESCRIPTION |
Item | Item name will be displayed in grid. |
Unit | Measuring Unit will be displayed in grid (if user selects Unit for that Item). |
HSN Code | It is an internationally accepted unique code for an asset in the organization |
Location | Location of the Item will be displayed in grid. |
Category | Category of that Item will be displayed in grid. |
Asset Name | User can view Asset Name which will be displayed in the grid (if item is created with Asset). |
Available stock | User can view the Total Available stock on Item in the given grid. |
Amount | User can view the total amount for the available stock (Rate*Quantity=Amount) |
Re-order Level | User can view Re-order level of Item which will be displayed in grid. |
Last Transferred Quantity | User can view the Item Last Transfer Quantity that will be displayed in grid. |
Last Transferred Date | User can view the Item Last Transfer Date that will be displayed in grid. |
Last Added Quantity | User can view the Item Last Added Quantity which will be displayed in grid. |
Last Addition Date | User view the Item Last Added Date which will be displayed in grid. |
Description | User can mention the description towards the given item. |
1) Copy to Clipboard: Through this option, user can simply copy data from the Stock Report and paste to the desired location.2) Export to Excel: Through this option, user can export all the data directly to their system in Excel format.3) Refresh: Through this option, user can refresh the Stock Report
