Updating the asset code using mobile app
Enter the organization name followed by the email and password.
(The login credentials are the same)
Once you login, you can select from the options available on the screen.
Click on ‘Dashboards’, this will help you to access all the assets in the application.
Select the required assets for which you want to update the information of, then click on the blue icon. After clicking, you will get to choose from the available options; select ‘Update Asset’.
Click on the Barcode icon available right next to the Asset Code field (highlighted in the image below), following which the mobile camera will open.
Use it to scan the QR/Bar Code, doing this will pick up the asset code which can then be saved in the application.
