The user can track the expenses incurred for an activity or activities in this report category at a given location. To view the report, click on the Activity Expense report, in the report drop down under Schedules & Maintenance.
The user can filter asset categories on the basis of Location and date; the user can include discarded assets (assets no longer in use) as well.
In the grid given below the user view Activity Expense for a category on a particular or multiple locations and total expense incurred. The report can be exported to excel.
