User can view the all reports of activity based upon their status. The Activities are categorised under status: Pending and Completed. Select "Activity Status Report" in the "Report" drop down under "Schedules & Maintenance".
The user can also view activities that have been deleted.
The user can filter activity on the basis of their Status, Assignee, Activity Type, Due Date, User Group etc.
The all the activities created bind in the grid given below on the page:
Activity Type - Activity type is displayed
Occurrence - Any ticket created for the Activity.
Assignee - User to whom the activity was assigned.
Status - An activity is completed or pending
Due Date - Date when activity started
Completion Date - The date when the activity was completed.
Asset Name - Asset name, if activity was scheduled for an asset
Asset Code - Asset code, if activity was scheduled for an asset
Asset Location - Name of Asset Location
Vendor Name - Name of vendor, if vendor was required for the Activity
Is Deleted - Displayed Amount involved in Activity
