            How to Draw Inventory from Inventory Stocks?

            User can draw inventory stock of selected Item from a given Location. To “Draw” inventory from a location, go to the home screen, on the tracker click on the Inventory button and select Manage Inventory:

            As the user clicks on the Manage Inventory, select an item from the list in the grid and click on the Draw Inventory button as shown in the screen given below. The same can be done in case of multiple items.

            The form is given below will pop-up:

            1. Location (Mandatory) - Choose the location from the Location drop-down. Only those locations will be displayed in drop-down whose Is Inventory checkbox is selected. 
            2. Item Name - Selected Item name will be displayed. Only selected Item Name should be displayed. 
            3. Available stock - When the user selects the Transfer from Location then Available stock on that Location will be displayed. Available stock of selected Location will be displayed.  
            4. Re-order Level - When the user selects the Transfer from Location then Re-order Level set on that location will be displayed. Re-order Level of selected Location will be displayed. 
            5. Quantity - Enter the count of the item required.  
            6. Movement Type (Mandatory) - It denotes the manner in which inventory is being used. User can select single Movement Type from the drop-down. Only those Movement Type will be displayed which is created for Draw Inventory. 
            7. Drawn To - Select the user (to whom the stock is being issued) from the Drawn To drop-down.  
            8. Remarks - Add remarks for the drawn inventory. 
            9. Upload Files - Upload Multiple files by clicking on choose files button.
