            Move Stock

            User can Move the stock of selected Item from one Location to another location. To “Move” inventory from one location to another, go to home screen, on the tracker click on the Inventory button and select Manage Inventory:

            As the user clicks on the Manage Inventory, select an item from the list in the grid and click on the Move Inventory button as shown in the screen given below. The same can be done in case of multiple items.

            While Moving Inventory, when the user selects the Location in the Transfer from field the Available stock will be displayed for the item selected. The Quantity entered by the user should not exceed the Available Stock. 

            1. Transfer From (Mandatory) - Select Location from the drop-down. The available stock will be displayed with respect to the location selected.
            2. Item Name -  Selected Item’s name will be displayed. 
            3. Available stock - When user selects the Transfer from Location the Available stock on that Location will be displayed. 
            4. Re-order Level - When user select the Transfer from Location then Re-order Level set on that Location will be displayed. Re-order Level of selected Location will be displayed. 
            5. Quantity - Enter the quantity of items to be moved. 
            6. Mode (Mandatory) - Select the mode from the drop-down. Mode denotes the manner in which inventory is moved i.e. as a transfer or transport. 
            7. Move To Location (Mandatory) - User can select the location from the drop-down where he/she want to Move the stock. The Location selected in Transferred from location will not display in Move To Location drop-down.  
            8. Moved By  - Name of the user who moved he inventory. 
            9. Remarks - Add remarks for the inventory movement. 
            10. Upload Files - User can Upload multiple files by clicking on choose file button.
