            Transfer Asset

            Initiate asset transfer by selecting asset from the asset grid on dashboard & click on “Transfer Asset” button. User can transfer multiple asset(s) at once.

            The status can be changed by the user for the assets being transferred. User requires filling in the details for the fields
            1. Condition - User can select the Condition from the drop down. Condition is the physical state of an asset.
            2. Transfer Status (Mandatory) - Select the status from the drop down. Depending upon the status selected the fields will bind accordingly. If the status is unallotted type then transferred to and allotted up to fields will not be displayed.
            3. Department - Add department from the drop down list.
            4. Location (Mandatory) - Select Location from the drop down. The users in the drop down will appear according to location selected.
            5. Transferred To (Mandatory) - User can select Transferred to from the drop down.
            6. Allotted Up to - Asset can be allotted only on the basis of current date & future date except previous date.
            7. Remark -Add a remark.
            8. Upload Files - Upload reference files for asset(s).
            9. Transfer CC - Users added will be included in CC for the transfer notification email. The email ID should be separated using semi-colon.
            10. Print transfer document giving details of asset(s) being transferred from location A to location B or to users. Once the transfer process is initiated in the application, concerned user will be notified by email.
