Configuring Custom Fields on Schedules and Activities 

Menu > Advanced Settings > Custom Fields

To add Custom Fields to schedules form, user can follow the given steps:

Below form will open: 

User is required to select the activity form. After selecting, the user has to select Activity Type. 

1. Field Name	Description	Mandatory
   Form	Select the activity form from the dropdown.	Yes
   Custom Field Name	Name of the custom field.	Yes
   Field Type	Depending upon the data to be entered in the created custom field, the user has to select the Field Type provided in the drop-down list	Yes
   Mandatory	If the information captured in the created Custom Field is mandatory, mark the given checkbox given.	No
   Activity Type	Select the activity type from the dropdown.	Yes

The Custom Field will be added to the form.
