How To: Manage Scheduled Reports in Asset Infinity

In Asset Infinity, users can schedule reports, selecting parameters such as location, frequency, assignee, data range etc. Users can edit, view and delete scheduled reports. To access scheduled reports, follow these steps –  


Menu > Application Settings > Advanced Settings > Schedule Reports 


The schedule reports window will open showing all scheduled reports.

 

 

 

 


To edit a report, click on Edit. 

 

 

 

Reports can be of two types – Activity graph and Ticket graph 

 

For Activity graph, enter the following information –  

 

 Send E-mail to – mention the person who should receive the report via E-mail. 

 Select Filter – select the filter of the report. 

 Asset Location – mention the location to be covered in the report. 

 Activity type – select the activity type to be covered in the report (calibration,       

 maintenance etc.) 

 E-mail Frequency – select how frequently the report is e-mailed. 

 Schedule data range – select the duration to be covered in the report.  

 Send emails to – select any additional people you think should receive the report.


 


 

 

Click on Update. The report will be updated. 

 

For Ticket graph, enter the following information –  

 

Send E-mail to – mention the person who should receive the report via E-mail. 

Select Filter – select the filter of the report. 

Asset Location – mention the location to be covered in the report. 

 

Ticket Type – select the ticket type to be covered in the report.   

E-mail Frequency – select how frequently the report is e-mailed. 

Schedule data range – select the duration to be covered in the report.  

Send emails to – select any additional people you think should receive the report. 

 

 

 

 

Click on Update. The report will be updated. 

 

To view a report, click on View.

 


Information about that report will be shown.  

 

 

To delete a report, click on delete and select yes when prompted to confirm. 

  

 

 


The report will be deleted.
