This report is helpful to understand the changes which have been made in all the Utility Activities which have been created by us and to understand the type and impact of these changes.
We see the Activity No. which is autogenerated when we create an activity like a Utility/Usage Monitoring Activity.
The meter type has been mentioned.
The Date and Time of the change has been mentioned.
The time at which the Recording started has been specified.
The Reading in Units is mentioned here.
The RAG Rating is the Red Amber Green Rating. This is bifurcated into these 3 colours based upon the reading which was identified by the Assignee.
The Red Rating is given when the Reading goes beyond the Maximum and Minimum Levels set by us for that measurement.
The Green Rating is when, the reading was within the Upper and Lower thresholds specified by us.
The Amber Rating is given when, the Reading is within the +10% of the Lower Range Value created by us and -10% of the Upper Range created by us. This value is useful to understand and take necessary preventive action when the rating goes beyond the Green Rating and can enter the Red Zone.
We can see in the above image that the Reading 45 shown above is within the threshold or the warning range which is 12-90, so the RAG rating for this specific record is green. Similarly in the immediate next record, the reading 5 is outside of the warning range of 12-90 and hence the RAG Rating is Red in this case.
We can see the information regarding the additional units as identified and the location of the utility monitoring activity.
If we scroll to the right, we see the person to whom this activity was assigned, and the remarks as found out during the performance of the activity.
