Schedule Reports: Using this feature, users can schedule reports for the tickets and activities they have created. In Asset Infinity, users can schedule reports for tickets and activities by selecting parameters such as location, frequency, assignee, data range etc. To schedule a report, you can follow these steps:
Menu > Application Settings > Advanced settings > Schedule Reports
The schedule reports window will open.
Select the report type in the ‘Select Report’ field. Here, users can select two options – activity graph and ticket graph. The rest of the parameters on the page change based on the selection.
First, let’s take the example of activity graph.
Select activity graph in the ‘Select Report’ field.
Enter the following information –
Send E-mail to – mention the person who should receive the report via E-mail.
Select Filter – select the filter of the report.
Asset Location – mention the location to be covered in the report.
Activity type – select the activity type to be covered in the report (calibration, maintenance etc.)
E-mail Frequency – select how frequently the report is e-mailed.
Schedule data range – select the duration to be covered in the report.
Send emails to – select any additional people you think should receive the report.
Click on Save. The report will be scheduled.
Next, let’s take Ticket graph.
Select ticket graph in the ‘Select Report’ field.
Enter the following information –
Select Filter – select the filter of the report.
Asset Location – mention the location to be covered in the report.
E-mail Frequency – select how frequently the report is e-mailed.
Schedule data range – select the duration to be covered in the report.
Send emails to – select any additional people you think should receive the report.
Click on Save. The report will be scheduled.
All scheduled
reports can be viewed in the schedule reports tab.
